Education Assistance

SMV is committed to industry related educational assistance to especially previously disadvantaged students. To date 4 students have been financially assisted to complete their Civil engineering studies.

General staff training & extra tuition

SMV has adopted a pro-active approach towards in-service training of staff, especially with respect to Computer Aided Design. Currently, AutoCAD 2000/2006 is being used as standard platform, with “Autodesk-Land Development Desktop2004” and “Autodesk-Civil design2004” together with Civil Designer (Knowledge Base), all suites, as design software.

Students & Technicians have all attended courses in abovementioned software.
